·      To enhance the quality of positions being provided to Nepalese manpower by negotiating for better positions with better pay and facilities.
 
·      To reducethe country'sunemployment burdenbyestablishing Nepalese workersasthe most competent and honest workforce which will create raise in demand of such individuals.
